Positions Available

• OIG Chair – Role: Create agendas, conduct monthly meetings, and encourage participation.  Ideal Candidate: Someone who can facilitate discussions effectively while promoting unity among representatives and officers.
• OIG Vice Chair (Activities Chair) – Role: Recruit volunteers, lead activities meetings, and develop event plans.  Ideal Candidate: An organized individual with the ability to work well in a team and create joyful events.
• OIG Treasurer – Role: Monitor finances, report balances, and set annual budgets with the Finance Committee.  Ideal Candidate: A dedicated person with bookkeeping experience who can collaborate effectively.
• Recording Secretary – Role: Track attendance and take notes during meetings, distributing minutes afterward. Ideal Candidate: An organized individual with strong listening skills and quick typing abilities.
• Volunteer Coordinator – Role: Recruit and train volunteers for various roles at the Oahu Central Office.  Ideal Candidate: A flexible and outgoing person who knows many in the community and isn’t afraid to ask for help.
